Deleting Your MyHairMail Account

The MyHairMail App (by MyHairMail LLC) lets you permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the MyHairMail App and sign in.
2. Go to the My Account tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Review the on-screen details and confirm.

Once you confirm, we begin permanently erasing your account. Full erasure is typically completed within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Saved shipping addresses
• Your saved wishlist
• Your account profile and sign-in credentials

What we keep

To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, we retain certain order and transaction records for the period required by law. These records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used to re-identify you for marketing.

Already removed the app?

If you've uninstalled the app and can't sign in, email support@myhairmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify your identity and process the erasure.
