It's based on your order total after discounts, on US-dollar orders. Buyers Club items, care products, gift cards and fees (including shipping upgrades and shipping protection) don't count toward the total. If an item is returned, refunded or canceled — including a partial return — and your order total drops below the level you earned, we remove the difference from your Bonus Credit, or deduct it from your refund if it has already been used. Bonus Credit is store credit: it's shown as a payment option at checkout when you're signed in, has no cash value, can't be transferred, and is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued.
