International Shipping FAQ
International Shipping FAQ
Everything you need to know about ordering from the United States and receiving your package anywhere in the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from the United States and regularly deliver orders to customers across Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond. If you can receive a package, we can most likely get it to you.
Will I have to pay VAT or import duties?
Possibly. International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees once your package arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority — not by us — and are not included in your purchase price at checkout.
If any fees apply, they are typically collected by your local postal service or customs office before your package is released for delivery.
Why was I charged customs fees if my order was on sale?
Customs authorities calculate VAT and import duties based on the declared merchandise value of the order — not the discounted price you paid at checkout. A promotional discount or sale price does not reduce the customs value of the shipment.
Who delivers my package once it arrives in my country?
Your order ships from the United States and is then handed off to your local national postal carrier upon arrival. Common delivery partners include:
- United Kingdom — Royal Mail
- Canada — Canada Post
- Germany — Deutsche Post / DHL
- Ireland — An Post
- Norway — Posten Norge
Tracking typically continues through your local carrier's system once the handoff occurs.
Why has my tracking stopped updating?
This is completely normal for international shipments. Tracking often pauses while your package is in transit between countries or moving through customs processing. Updates usually resume once the package is scanned by your destination country's postal service. If it has been more than a few days with no movement, feel free to reach out and we'll look into it for you.
How long does international delivery take?
Most international orders arrive within 7 to 21 business days after shipment, depending on your country and how quickly your local customs processes the package. Delays at customs are outside our control but are generally resolved within a few business days.
Can I return an international order?
Due to international shipping costs and hygiene considerations related to wigs and hairpieces, international orders are final sale.
What happens if customs holds my package?
If your package is held for inspection or requires payment of duties or VAT before release, your local postal carrier will contact you directly with instructions. Acting promptly on those notices helps avoid delays or the package being returned to us.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
Once your package arrives in your country, your local postal carrier will have the most up-to-date information on customs status and final delivery.
