MyHairMail Confidence Shield™ is an optional shipping protection service available to customers in the contiguous United States. For a small fee, you can add an extra layer of security to your premium hair piece purchase.

Coverage Details

1. Lost Package Protection

• Applies to packages presumed lost by the carrier
• Claim window: 7-30 days from shipping date
• Requires valid tracking information

2. Theft Protection

• Covers packages marked "delivered" but not received
• Claim window: 5-15 days after delivery date
• May require police report for claims over $500

3. Shipping Damage Protection

• Covers items rendered unusable due to transit damage
• Claim window: 15 days from delivery date
• Photographic evidence required
