Coverage Details
1. Lost Package Protection
- Applies to packages presumed lost by the carrier
- Claim window: 7-30 days from shipping date
- Requires valid tracking information
2. Theft Protection
- Covers packages marked "delivered" but not received
- Claim window: 5-15 days after delivery date
- May require police report for claims over $500
3. Shipping Damage Protection
- Covers items rendered unusable due to transit damage
- Claim window: 15 days from delivery date
- Photographic evidence required
