SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MyHairMail®. Most orders ship directly from our brand or manufacturer warehouses. Because processing times, shipping methods, and warehouse locations vary by brand, delivery estimates may differ depending on the item purchased.

HIGH VOLUME SHIPPING TIMES

Processing and shipping times may be extended during holidays, peak shopping seasons, promotional events, manufacturer delays, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other high-volume periods.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders require 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment, unless a different processing timeframe is stated on the product page, at checkout, or in this Shipping Policy.

Please note that expedited shipping affects the carrier transit time after processing is complete. Expedited shipping does not always shorten manufacturer processing time.

Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer.

U.S. SHIPPING METHODS

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Available U.S. shipping methods may include:

Free Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 8 to 12 business days
Available on eligible U.S. orders that meet the current free-shipping threshold.

UPS Ground
Estimated delivery: 6 to 8 business days
Rate shown at checkout. Manufacturer handling times may still apply.

Flat Rate Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days
Available for select brands and warehouse locations.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping may be available on eligible U.S. orders that meet the current free-shipping threshold shown at checkout.

The following items and orders may be excluded from free shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout:

* Hair care products
* Toni Brattin products
* Vivica Fox products
* International orders
* Orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold
* Items requiring special handling
* Items shipping from certain manufacturer warehouses

All shipping promotions apply to U.S. Ground shipments only.

MULTIPLE WAREHOUSES AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Many products ship directly from brand or manufacturer warehouses. If your order includes products from multiple warehouses, your order may ship in separate packages.

Additional shipping fees may apply when items ship from different warehouses. If additional fees are required after checkout, Customer Support will contact you to make arrangements before the affected shipment is released.

Shipping fees are determined by the respective brand warehouses. If multiple items ship from the same warehouse, you may only be charged one shipping fee for that warehouse. If items ship from different brand warehouses, shipping charges may accumulate by warehouse.

BRAND-SPECIFIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Belle Tress Buyers Club

Belle Tress Buyers Club items generally ship within approximately 10 to 14 days, unless otherwise stated.

Aderans and HairUWear Flat Rate Shipping

Select Aderans and HairUWear collections may qualify for flat rate shipping of $10.95, with estimated delivery of 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Aderans brands include:

* Alexander Couture
* Amore
* Noriko
* Rene of Paris
* Orchid

HairUWear collections include:

* Raquel Welch
* Gabor
* Toni Brattin
* Kim Kimble
* Hairdo
* HIM

All other brands ship from their respective warehouse locations and may use comparable service levels through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another carrier.

BELLE TRESS, ADERANS, AND HAIRUWEAR HANDLING FEE

We work with more than 18 wig brands, and for most brands we are able to absorb the shipping and handling costs charged to us.

Belle Tress, Aderans, and HairUWear charge significantly higher fulfillment fees than many other manufacturers. Rather than raising product prices across these collections, we apply a transparent $9 handling fee to help offset a portion of those costs.

MyHairMail absorbs the remaining fulfillment cost whenever possible.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping may be available within the United States through UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air Saver®.

Expedited shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be shown at checkout.

Please note:

* Expedited shipping begins after order processing is complete.
* Orders must be placed before the applicable cutoff time to be processed the same business day.
* Orders placed on weekends or holidays may not begin processing until the next business day.
* Orders, including expedited orders, may still require 2 to 5 business days for processing depending on the manufacturer or item.
* Expedited shipping may not be available for all products.

Many hair care products are considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped by air or expedited freight.

Overnight and Second Day Air shipping may not be available for certain human hair products.

SHIPPING PROTECTION — CONFIDENCE SHIELD™

MyHairMail offers optional shipping protection through Confidence Shield™ for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Confidence Shield™ is available at checkout for a fee of $3.95 per order.

When selected, this protection provides an added layer of coverage and may allow eligible orders to be replaced if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

SIGNATURE DELIVERY

Orders over $500.00 may require a signature upon delivery.

If a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts, hold the package for pickup, or return the package according to carrier policy.

ELLEN WILLE ITEMS SHIPPING FROM GERMANY

Select Ellen Wille items ship from Germany.

For these items:

* Tracking may be provided approximately 4 to 5 business days after the order is placed.
* Once the order ships or arrives in the United States, delivery is typically expected within 3 to 5 business days.
* International transit, customs movement, and carrier scans may affect tracking updates.

HOLIDAY, WEATHER, AND CARRIER DELAYS

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, weather, natural events, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days when estimating processing or delivery times.

When relevant, MyHairMail will share carrier-related updates as provided by major carriers.

Customers concerned about weather-related delays may also check the service alert pages provided by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or the applicable carrier.

ADDRESS ISSUES, REFUSED DELIVERIES, AND RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Shipments returned due to an incorrect address, undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after the order has left the warehouse may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by MyHairMail.

MyHairMail reserves the right to ship an order to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO

U.S. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Air shipping is required for these locations, and additional shipping charges may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

MyHairMail offers international shipping on eligible items and destinations.

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard international shipping may be available through USPS Priority Mail International or another supported carrier.

Estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 12 business days after shipment, but international orders may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, destination-country procedures, or other factors outside our control.

International tracking may pause for several days or a week or more while a shipment is moving between countries. Tracking updates usually resume once the package is scanned by the destination country’s postal service or local carrier.

DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT FEES

MyHairMail does not directly cover or absorb import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges for international orders.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by destination country.

Shipping fees shown at checkout are average shipping rates based on region and do not include customs, duties, taxes, or import fees unless specifically stated at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to estimate any duties, VAT, taxes, or import charges that may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SPLIT SHIPMENTS AND BACKORDERS

International orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one package.

If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items:

* Available items may ship first.
* Backordered items may ship separately once available.
* Additional international shipping charges may apply.
* We will send an invoice for the additional shipping cost.
* Payment must be received before the backordered shipment can be released.

INTERNATIONAL SECONDARY SHIPMENT CHARGE

Some international orders include items that ship from different warehouses. When this happens, your order may need to be split into two separate international shipments.

A $70 secondary shipment charge may apply when a second international shipment is required.

This charge:

* Is not your primary shipping fee
* Is a one-time charge for the second shipment
* Applies only when items cannot ship together
* Does not apply if all items can ship from the same warehouse

HAIRUWEAR INTERNATIONAL HANDLING FEE

HairUWear international shipments may require a $30 international handling fee. This is a pass-through fee from the manufacturer.

If this fee is not automatically calculated and shown at checkout, MyHairMail will send a separate invoice before the applicable shipment is released.

REFUSED INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, and related costs.

Any refused international shipment, including shipments to Canada, due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees will be refunded at 50% of the product value only once the shipment is returned and inspected by our fulfillment center.

Shipping costs, handling fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, and other fees are non-refundable.

GIFT BASKET SHIPPING POLICY

Gift basket products ship to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada only, unless otherwise stated.

Some gift baskets contain wine or other restricted items and may be subject to destination restrictions.

Gift baskets cannot be shipped to:

* PO Boxes
* APO/FPO addresses
* Addresses outside eligible U.S. and Canada service areas
* Restricted states or locations for wine-containing gifts

GIFT BASKET ORDER CUTOFF TIMES

Orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will usually ship the same day or on your selected future shipping date.

Orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will usually ship the next business day unless otherwise stated.

Some exceptions may apply and will be shown when selecting a delivery date.

During checkout, you may be presented with a delivery calendar for each gift and recipient. The calendar will show the available delivery dates for that destination.

To help ensure on-time delivery during holidays or high-volume periods, we may ship gift basket orders earlier than the requested delivery date when necessary.

Standard Overnight Shipping
Cost: $27.95 per item + standard shipping charge
Estimated delivery: By the next business day

Saturday Delivery
Cost: $34.95 per item + standard shipping charge
Estimated delivery: By noon to most U.S. addresses
Order must be placed before 1:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday.

Alaska/Hawaii
Cost: $19.95 per item + standard shipping charge
Estimated delivery: Within 3 business days

Delivery to business addresses is typically made Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Delivery to residential addresses is typically made Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Some delivery services may not be available in all areas.

WINE GIFT BASKET SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Many gift baskets contain wine. State and local laws may restrict where wine-containing gifts can be shipped.

Wine gift baskets may currently be shipped to the following states and districts:

AL, AK, AZ, CA, CT, DE, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, LA, MD, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OR, PA, RI, SC, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY

The following states allow shipment of select wines only:

AR, CO, GA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, NJ, NY, OH, OK, TN, TX, and VT
