What is the difference between SmartLace and SmartLace Lite?
SmartLace™ is the classic welded lace front that extends temple-to-temple. SmartLace™ Lite takes realism further with an extended ear-to-ear lace front (perfect for off-the-face styling), a lighter hair density for a more natural look, and a non-slip silicone nape for added security.
How long do Jon Renau synthetic wigs last?
With proper daily wear and care, a standard synthetic wig lasts 4-6 months. Heat Defiant (HD) synthetic wigs typically last 3-5 months due to the nature of the fiber, while Human Hair wigs can last 12+ months.
Can I use heat on Jon Renau synthetic wigs?
Only if it is marked as HD (Heat Defiant). Standard synthetic fibers will melt. For HD fibers, keep tools between 275°F - 300°F and use water/spray protectant while styling.
