UPS Ground*

• Free Standard Shipping (7-9 Business Days)
  Orders $259.00 and up

• $10.95 UPS Ground 2-4 Business Days  (Excluding Handling at Manufacturers)

UPS 2nd Day Air®

• Expedited shipping option for faster delivery. Please note that 2nd-day delivery is contingent on the receipt of your order within our processing window. Orders must be submitted before the cut-off time to ensure they are processed and handed over to the 2nd day air shipping provider on the same day.

UPS Next Day Air Saver®

Guaranteed next-day delivery for urgent orders. Please note that next-day delivery is contingent on the receipt of your order within our processing window. Orders must be submitted before the cut-off time to ensure they are processed and handed over to the overnight shipping provider on the same day.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, along with delivery time estimates.

Additional Shipping Fees may be required if order includes products shipped from multiple warehouses. Customer Support will contact you in these cases to make arrangements.

Shipping fees are determined by the respective Brand warehouses. As a result, shipping fees in your shopping cart will accumulate if your purchase includes items from multiple brand warehouses. However, if you buy several items from the same warehouse, you will only be charged shipping for a single item purchase.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING | If you would like expedited shipping on your purchase, we offer expedited shipping options via UPS 2nd Day Air within the United States. The cost of expedited shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout. MyHairMail ships orders Monday – Friday and all orders, including orders with expedited shipping may be subject to a 2-5 business day processing time in the event of weekend purchase.

Please note that many hair care products are considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped via air freight / expedited.

SHIPPING PROTECTION - Confidence Shield™ | MyHairMail offers lost, stolen, or damaged items protection as an added layer of protection for your order which ensures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This optional package protection is offered at checkout for a small fee of $3.95 per order.

SIGNATURE DELIVERY | Please note that orders over $500.00 in value may require a signature upon delivery.

AIR DELIVERY | Overnight and Second Day Air may not be available on Human Hair Products 

DELIVERY TIMES | Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Processing times vary by manufacturer. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship. Select items from Ellen Wille ship from Germany.  Tracking number provided approximately 4-5 days after Order is placed. Once your order ships and or arrives in U.S., you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3 to 5 business days.

Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES Please be aware that shipping delays can happen due to holidays, natural events (weather), or carrier hold-ups. Remember that holidays and weekends are not counted as business days and should be taken into account when estimating delivery times. For more details, feel free to reach out to us at orders@myhairmail.com.  When relevant, we'll share updates on event-related impacts as provided by the major carriers.

MISCELLANEOUS SHIPPING FEES | Any shipments returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after shipment has left the warehouse will acquire a 25% restocking fee.

Additional Notations:

• All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only.
• US Air shipping is required for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. US Ground shipping is not available for these locations.

MyHairMail reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMERS POLICY (DUTIES & TAXES)

Please note that MyHairMail.com does not directly cover or absorb import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees for international orders.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by destination country.

Where available, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout through Shopify’s international services. This allows customers to prepay estimated import fees for a smoother delivery experience.

If duties and taxes are not available to be calculated at checkout, or if the shipping carrier does not support prepaid customs clearance, these fees will be the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery by the carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

Shipping fees displayed at checkout represent average flat rates based on region and do not include additional customs or import costs, unless specifically noted during checkout.

Note: $30 HairUwear Intl Handling Fee (passthrough fee from Manufacturer) If not automatically calculated and presented at checkout, MyHairmail will send a separate invoice for this handling fee.

International Shipping Policy: Split Shipments & Backorders
When you place an international order containing multiple items, we ship in-stock items right away. If one or more items become backordered and require a separate shipment, additional shipping charges will apply.
How it works:

Your original order ships with all available items
Backordered items ship separately once available
We'll send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost
Payment must be received before we can ship your backordered items

Any refused international shipments (including Canada) due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees will be refunded at 50% of the product value only, once returned and inspected by our fulfillment center. Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.
