  • 15% processing fee applies (covers handling & transaction costs)
  • 3-5 business day refund processing
  • Email return label provided
  • Refund to original payment method

You pay return shipping for both options ($12.50 standard rate)

  2. Receive your prepaid label via email
  3. Ship item back in original condition
  4. Get your credit immediately or refund within 3-5 days

Original packaging and tags intact

Maximum 2 returns per 120-day period

Serial Cancellations

  • $15 cancellation fee per order to cover credit card processing fees (purchase & cancellation)
