Who is the Split Shipping service by MyHairMail best suited for?

The Split Shipping charge by MyHairMail is designed for international customers who need their order delivered across multiple packages. This is ideal when purchasing items that cannot ship together in a single parcel due to size, weight, or logistics. It ensures your full order reaches you securely, even when a split delivery is required. Use our Face Shape Analyzer to explore styles worth ordering.

What does the Split Shipping fee from MyHairMail cover for international orders?

The $99.00 Split Shipping fee from MyHairMail covers the additional carrier and handling costs required to divide an international order into separate shipments. When items in your order cannot travel together due to restrictions or logistics, this charge ensures both packages are processed and dispatched correctly. It is a secondary shipment charge, not a primary shipping fee, applied only when a split delivery is necessary for your international order.

Is the Split Shipping charge by MyHairMail a one-time fee or applied per package?

The Split Shipping charge from MyHairMail is a one-time secondary shipment fee applied when your international order must be divided and sent across more than one delivery. It covers the logistical cost of the additional parcel rather than being charged per individual package. If you have questions about whether your order qualifies, contacting MyHairMail's customer service team before checkout is the best way to confirm. This helps avoid any unexpected charges at the time of purchase.

How do I know if my MyHairMail international order requires the Split Shipping charge?

Your MyHairMail order may require the Split Shipping charge when it includes multiple items that exceed standard parcel limits for a single international shipment. This typically applies to larger or combined orders being delivered outside the United States. MyHairMail's team will advise when this fee is applicable. If you are ordering wigs, toppers, or accessories together, reviewing our Wig Size Chart by Brand can help you plan your order efficiently before purchasing.

Can I avoid the MyHairMail Split Shipping fee by adjusting my international order?

In some cases, adjusting the contents or quantity of your MyHairMail international order may eliminate the need for split delivery, potentially avoiding the additional $99.00 charge. Ordering fewer bulky items at once or separating purchases into distinct orders may help. Reaching out to MyHairMail's customer support team prior to placing your order is the most reliable way to understand your specific shipping options. They can advise on the most cost-effective approach for your location and order size.

Is the MyHairMail Split Shipping charge refundable if my order is returned or cancelled?

Shipping and handling fees, including the Split Shipping charge from MyHairMail, are generally non-refundable once a shipment has been dispatched, as they cover carrier and processing costs already incurred. If your order has not yet shipped, contacting MyHairMail's customer service team promptly gives you the best chance of resolving the situation. For questions about returns, exchanges, or order adjustments, MyHairMail's support team can walk you through the applicable policies for your specific international order.
